None needed - all provided here, just bring yourself!

Tasks:

• Easy administrative tasks to support the team
• Basic chores to keep our space clean and neat
• A bit of lifting here and there (up to 40lbs, rarely)

All of these:

• Old-school with solid ethics - People first mentality
• Solid person who likes routine
• Comfortable with accountability
• Honest and straightforward
• Full of integrity
• Supportive as opposed to undermining
• Enjoys being on task, keeping things lighthearted
• Knows how to leave your problems at the door
• Not distracted nor distracting
• Good balance between personal and professional
• Established and stable (meaning you live here and aren't planning to move soon. I prefer to support locals)
• Aren't having frequent fake emergencies (cellphone isn't attached at the hip). We have a phone here for your real emergencies.
• Actually comfortable and craving to leave your cellphone at home or in your car (or you don't own one)
• Not allergic to cats

All or some of these, depending on the task:

• Clear handwriting
• Can use a MacBook computer
• Comfortable with phone calls
• Comfortable with business-to-business sales calls
• Interest in operating more in the real world than in the digital - we go for a blend of 75% analog/25% digital
• Tidying and cleaning the space
• Bonus: A fascination with historical living in 19th century Europe. Anna's specialty field lies here and produces music from this era with an influence from composition and the context of this time.
